Preserve Life

One estate, built in chapters.

Nutrition Nest is the first sanctuary of Preserve Life, a 1,200-acre estate thirty minutes from Atlanta airport. Part of it is open today. Most of it is still being built.

What happens here

A program, not a menu.

Preserve runs the estate as one connected program. Consultations, biomarker testing, therapies, nutritional counseling and social activity are all part of it, and the mix is chosen for each person. Nothing is sold as a fixed package. Everyone moves through the same three stages, in this order.

01

Clear

Detoxification and cellular autophagy. The body clears what blocks its metabolism before anything is added back.

02

Correct

Inflammation is addressed at its sources. The gut microbiome is restored, micronutrient deficiencies are corrected and hormones are rebalanced.

03

Rebuild

Rejuvenation, and the restoration of sleep structure. This repair only happens once the first two stages are done.

The aim, in Preserve’s words, is that the practices go home with you. That is why the Nest works as a day journey.

What you can visit now.

The Nutrition Nest

Precision nutrition and culinary medicine

The first sanctuary of Preserve Life, designed by BNIM. Circadium, the Functional Market, Biome and the Log Room, Nest Cafe, Aesthetics and the Aviary are all under one roof. You come for the day. There are no overnight stays.

The Diuturnal Dome

Open, not yet advertised

A timber-ribbed shell over still water, its ribs fanning up to an open oculus. Planting beds and terracotta urns ring a koi pond set into the deck.

The Greenhouse

Growing, year round

The agricultural campus: 100 acres under cultivation and 50,000 square feet of glass. The seeds are heritage varieties, chosen for nutrient density over shelf life, and the houses crop in every season.

PL Only Organics

USDA certified organic · sells direct

The label the greenhouse sells under, and the one part of the estate you can buy from without visiting. USDA certified organic lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers and squash, grown year round and sold through its own store. The team also offers its growing expertise to other farms and landowners.

Under construction

What is still being built.

The Longevity Labs, Sleep Suites and Peace Pavilion together make up the Vitality Core: one pathway through biomarker testing, restorative sleep, contemplative practice and respiratory health.

Longevity Labs

Kengo Kuma & Associates

Advanced biomarker testing, epigenetics and longevity medicine, turned into a protocol for each person.

Sleep Suites at The Lodge

Kengo Kuma & Associates

Rooms designed around your circadian rhythm, for repair and renewal, set inside the forest.

Peace Pavilion

Kengo Kuma & Associates

Contemplative medicine, balance and respiratory health.

Corporate Homes

By invitation only

Bespoke residences beside the wellness center, held through a corporate membership as a global community. This is not a resort. The care comes to the house: physicians and wellness staff, cooking classes in your own kitchen, a private chef, and management of the property.

Who it is for

Built for companies as much as for individuals.

Much of what Preserve is building is for companies that want to look after the people they can least afford to lose: senior executives and the teams around them. That is what the Corporate Homes are for, and why the estate has room for off-sites next to the therapy rooms.

The Nest itself is open to anyone who books. The corporate side explains the shape of what is being built around it.

The grounds

What the estate will hold.

The facilities Preserve Life plans across the 1,200 acres, in its own terms. None of them are open yet, and none can be booked.

Results come back fast enough to shape the program while you are still on it.
Juice Farmacy
Cold-pressed from the estate's own farm.
Organic Store
Pesticide-free produce and household goods, matched to the protocol you leave with.
Gym & Studio
Fitness technology, class programming and personal training.
The Bathing Pavilion
Infinity edges, therapeutic jets, lighting tuned to the hour.
Sauna Hammam
Short sessions, meant to be taken often.
Hydrotherapy Circuit
Alternating hot and cold, for circulation and inflammation.
Forest Bathing
Unhurried time under the canopy. Nothing scheduled.
Triathlon Trails
Run, ride and swim routes through the estate's own terrain, with recovery stations set along them.
Three Spring-Fed Lakes
Still water, lakeside planting and the streams between them. Kept quiet.
Health Club
25,000 square feet, inside the wellness center.
Avian Plantations
Planting chosen for the local birds first.
Digital Detox Areas
Rooms with no screens, and green walls to put oxygen back into the air.
Outdoor Amphitheatres
Several, for gatherings held outdoors.

Built with restraint

Architecture accountable to its setting.

The estate is built in mass timber and prefabricated assemblies. That uses less material, shortens time on site and stores carbon in the frame. Preserve’s stated goal is Beyond Net Zero, with targets and verified results published as they are validated.

It is designed to reach LEED Platinum, the US Green Building Council’s highest rating. That is a target, not a rating held yet, and it is measured by someone else’s standard.

The premise

Healthspan, not lifespan.

Preserve starts from a simple position. A specific complaint can be met with a specific intervention. Health as a whole cannot. It has to be worked on across body, mind and habit at the same time, and prevention matters more than treatment.

That is why this is an estate and not a clinic. You learn the practices here so you can take them home, instead of coming back for them.

The longer view

Longevity and brain power.

Guided by Dr. Michael Roizen of the Cleveland Clinic and the RealAge philosophy, Preserve Life has two goals: longevity and neuroregeneration. More years, and a body and brain able to carry them.
